Accommodations:

Clayoquot has 12 deluxe guest tents and 8 luxurious family tents. All guest tents are complete with a welcome basket, earthenware cooler and spring water, luxury skin/body care products, thick terry bathrobes, exercise sandals/slippers, hair dryer, luggage rack and hangars, nail brush, loofah, insect repellant, air horn (for emergencies), butane lighter (for candles and lamps), flashlight, books and magazines, wildlife directory, stationery and postcards.

Dining:

The heart of the resort is the 3,000 square foot log cookhouse with an open showpiece kitchen, massive double-sided fieldstone fireplace, and outdoor lounge and wraparound decks flanked by a large barbeque area and family dining tents. Executive Chef Ryan Orr’s critically acclaimed “modern natural” cuisine is fresh and whole-food-oriented, from local suppliers, with menus to suit vegans, vegetarians, fruitarians, low carb, high carb and high protein eaters. Foraging excursions and cooking classes with the chef are arranged upon request.

Hiking, horseback riding, ocean and fresh water fishing, whale and bear watching, archery, kayaking, canoeing, mountain biking, zip-lining, paintball, cooking lessons.

Spa:

Wood-fired saunas, secluded hot tubs and three wellness tents each offer a massage platform overlooking the estuary. Treatments include hot stone, Swedish, Thai and relaxation massages, reflexology, aromatherapy, manicures, pedicures. Product line is 100% organic. Morning stretch and yoga classes made to order.

2011 Eco Adventure Packages - Clayoquot Wilderness Resort offers three, four and seven-night all-inclusive packages. While packages vary in length, they all include roundtrip airfare from Vancouver to the Resort (50 minutes by seaplane), deluxe tented accommodation, all meals, snacks and beverages (including alcohol), massage treatments and a wide array of guided adventure activities including instruction.
